 Napa Valley Castle or it’s real name the “Castello di Amorosa”

If you’re ever in the Napa Valley there’s a new tourist site in town which you should check out.  It’s a castle Sattui built in the Napa Valley.  I went there with Melanie, my mom, and cousins and it’s pretty cool.  Check out the pictures on flickr, below is a pic of the castle front and the URL if you want to visit.

My new toy…  Melanie and I had our 5 year anniversary this year, man how time flies.  Anyways, she got me a really cool toy for my present, it’s the new Motorola Razr 2.  Ya people are getting tired of the Razr, but I think the new design is pretty cool and made well.  It’s made of Stainless steel and has 2 really cool video screens, plus I no longer have big brick in my pocket (the Treo 650).  I’ve added more pictures on our flickr site, but here’s one pic of my cool new phone and you can see all of them by clicking on the picture.

So to try and keep up with the latest music, I’ve been listening to internet radio stations, primarily Comcast, Yahoo Music!, and Sirius.  I go to Best Buy at least once a month and purchase CD’s, but can’t always remember the groups I like, so I walk out with no music.  So I’m starting to compile a list of songs I like when listening to the internet radio stations.  You can see this list by clicking the “Music” link in our blog navbar or you can just go here:

Today I received the pictures taken by a company that has a bunch of places set-up on the American River where we went white water rafting with “Jacks on the River” two weeks ago.  Check out this picture!  There’s a bunch more on our flickr page or www.jacksontheriver.com

I went on my annual “Jacks on the River” camping trip this year. We decided to try white water rafting on the American River. It was a great time! Check out the video below of the “Triple Threat” Class 3 rapid and the website.

Had my first taste of Cuban food yesterday, pretty good.  Very similar to a couple of filipino dishes. We also went to the beach for most of the day today, which was really fun.  Too bad it’s such a short trip, but Melanie and I are definitely having a good time.

So Melanie and I took the red-eye to Florida today, we’re here for Melanie’s Uncle Ben’s 60th birthday.  First thing when I got off the plane there was a Dunkin Donuts, so I stopped by and got myself a cup of coffee, since my buddy DC said it’s his favorite.  Not bad…   I had to take a pics, so check them out.  More to come on the Florida trip.

One of my co-workers went to the local KWIK-E-MART (If you watch “The Simpsons” then you’ll associate this, if not it’s still interesting).  They’ve been converting 7-Eleven’s and Mtn. View is fortunate enough to get one.
